Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Little Michigan Store purchase! Because all items are printed on demand just for you, our return policy works a bit differently than traditional retail.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we'll make it right. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
Wrong Item or Size
If you received the wrong item or size due to our error, contact us within 14 days and we'll ship the correct item right away.
Size Exchanges
We understand sizing can be tricky when ordering online. If your item doesn't fit, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We offer one-time size exchanges—you'll just cover the shipping cost for the new item.
Non-Returnable Items
Because items are custom printed when you order, we cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered by customer
- Color that appears different on screen vs. in person
How to Request a Return or Exchange

- Your order number
- Photos of the item (for damaged/defective claims)
- Description of the issue
We'll respond within 48 hours.
